Akam Developments Company includes 3 shareholders; they are Benayat Real Estate Development Company, Residence Real Estate Development Company, and Al-Mahayed Company, which is a Saudi company in cooperation with Faisal Islamic Bank.

Akam Developments Company launched Scene 7 New Capital Compound, a large residential project in the most prestigious neighborhoods
of the New Administrative Capital, the Seventh District R7.

The project extends over an area of 4- acres, of which only 10% is allocated for buildings.

• Enava New Capital Mall

Akam Developments Company implemented the Enava Mall project which is a commercial mall in the Seventh District R7 area.

The total land area of the project is 39 acres, it was built on 7 acres, and the rest is allocated to green landscaping.
