Madinet Nasr Development and Holding Company, MNHD is one of the largest real estate development companies in Egypt. It was founded in 1959, the company was able to establish its mark in the real estate market.

The primary goal of establishing the company was to develop a large piece of land in Nasr City, as well as develop other areas adjacent to it in Cairo and its suburbs. The company provided huge projects and a strong infrastructure to meet the needs of thousands of middle-income Egyptians.

MNHD Developments

Madinet Nasr Development and Holding Company is considered one of the oldest real estate companies in Egypt, as it was established in 1959, it is also an Egyptian joint stock company and has been listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange since 1995, which makes it the first choice for investors and enhances customer confidence in it, especially with its previous giant projects and its vast land portfolio.

Madinet Nasr Development Company, throughout its 64-year history, established the current Nasr City neighborhoods and their neighboring neighborhoods. It also contributed to the reconstruction of about 40 million square meters, it also owns a land portfolio of approximately 3.5 million square meters in the vicinity of Cairo Airport, in addition to 5.5 million square meters on the Cairo/Suez Road.

The company has restructured to take advantage of all the potential opportunities in the upper echelon of the real estate market, as it has worked to expand its target audience, and will use the distinctive capabilities and strengths that it has acquired over the years.

and the Engineering Company for the Plastics Manufacturing.

  • Engineer/ Ahmed Al-Hitami

General Manager of MNHD Company, holds a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering from the American University.

  • Mushira Al-Maghrabi

She is a member of the Board of Directors at MNHD and is one of the company’s shareholders. She has extensive experience in managing real estate projects and it the CEO of Maadi Real Estate Company.

  • Engineer/ Aladdin Saba.

He is a member of the company’s Board of Directors and one of the shareholders, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Cairo University, and he founded companies such as Beltone Financial and AFG.
