History of Sodic Real Estate Company

Sodic is known as the Sixth of October Development and Investment Company, which was founded in 1996. It began its honorable history by acquiring a plot of land in Sheikh Zayed City with an area of 10 million square meters with the aim of developing the West Cairo area. In 1997, it became a joint-stock company with approximately 6,000 shareholders.
