The company was established in 2005 as a result of the partnership between Palm Hills Real Estate Development Company and Badr El Din Real Estate Group, which owns the largest share in the company. This partnership resulted in many huge projects, especially in Sheikh Zayed City, as investments for Arkan Palm Company reached more than 75 billion pounds.

The company was established 12 years ago, and during its inception it aimed to provide integrated projects containing distinct units, giving customers the utmost levels of comfort, luxury, and sophistication.
